• 118: Feeling Stuck? Start Becoming Who You Want to Be
    2026/10/22
Have you ever caught yourself saying, “That's just who I am”? Maybe you've always believed you're too shy, too old, or simply not the kind of woman who takes chances. But what if those beliefs aren't permanent? What if we have more influence over who we're becoming than we've ever realized? In this episode of Our Reimagined Life, we're exploring how the way we see ourselves can shape our confidence, our choices, and ultimately the experiences we allow ourselves to have. I'm sharing a personal realization about the stories we tell ourselves and how those stories can quietly hold us back from the life we desire. We'll explore how to begin seeing ourselves through a different lens, why we don't have to feel broken or inadequate to want something more, and how faith, intuition, and small intentional actions can help us step into a new chapter. Because becoming the woman we want to be isn't about rejecting who we are today. It's about recognizing that we're already worthy while giving ourselves permission to grow. I'll also share why I chose my marriage with DJ Mike as the first area of my life to intentionally reimagine and how a three-hour road trip sparked a meaningful conversation about our future. This is Part 1 of a three-part series where we'll explore who we want to BE, what we want to DO, and what we want to HAVE in our lives. Before our next episode, I'm inviting you to consider one question: If you could change the way you see yourself, who would you give yourself permission to become? If this episode resonates with you, I'd love for you to leave a review at ratethispodcast.com/ourreimaginedlife. And join me next week as we explore how to create a vision for the life we truly desire. Until next week, friend, I love you! Julie

  • 117: What If We Live by a Code?
    2026/10/15

When guilt, criticism, or other people’s expectations influence our decisions, it’s easy to lose sight of how we actually want to live. • 116: Appreciate the Climb: Stop Waiting to Arrive
    2026/10/08
What if the climb we’re always on isn’t keeping us from our life? What if the climb is our life? We spend so much time working toward the next thing—the business goal, the house, the car, the relationship, retirement—that it’s easy to believe life will somehow feel complete once we finally get there. But there always seems to be another mountain waiting. And maybe that isn’t a problem. Maybe that’s part of the experience. In this episode, I’m sharing what I’ve been learning while watching my daughter buy her first car. Watching her transform as we go through the process together. It reminded me that today’s dream eventually becomes tomorrow’s normal—and sometimes the very things we once prayed for become the things we barely notice or even complain about. I also want us to think about the seasons we’re rushing through right now. Appreciating the climb doesn’t mean every part of life feels good. Some seasons are exhausting, scary, boring, or confusing. But they’re also temporary. What if this ordinary day is actually pretty darn good? What if instead of waiting for something better, we remembered that today is our life, too? We can still want more, set big goals, and climb new mountains without making where we are today feel inadequate. The reward isn’t only what waits for us at the top. Part of the reward is who we become while climbing. Because the climb isn’t keeping us from our life. The climb is our life. If you find this episode useful, feel free to share it. • 115: Stop Apologizing for Wanting More
    2026/10/01
What if you stopped apologizing for wanting a life that feels right to you? It’s exhausting trying to keep everyone happy, especially when it means putting your own dreams on hold. In this episode, I’m sharing how that guilt showed up while building my business and the everyday ways we let other people’s reactions influence our choices. We’re talking about people pleasing, being yourself, and making room for the person you feel called to become. If you’ve been saying “I’m sorry” when you haven’t done anything wrong, this conversation is for you. An abundant life has room for your happiness, too. If this episode speaks to you, share it with a friend who needs the reminder. And I’d love for you to leave a review to help more women find Our Reimagined Life. • 114: Stop Complaining and Start Taking Action
    2026/09/24
What if we actually stopped complaining? Not pretending everything is wonderful or ignoring how we feel—but noticing how much energy we spend talking about the things we don’t want. I recently caught myself complaining about something as simple as the weeds in my yard, and right in the middle of it I thought, Julie, what are you doing? That little moment made me wonder how often we rehearse our problems instead of doing something about them. In this episode, I’m exploring the difference between processing our feelings and building a home around them. We’ll talk about how complaining can quietly become a habit—and even a substitute for action—especially in business. I’m also sharing a simple challenge I’m trying myself when I catch myself complaining. We have a life to create, people to love, and right now we’re missing most of it because we’re stuck in the energy of complaining. It’s time to stop rehearsing what’s going wrong and instead see the beauty in front of us now. Until next week, I love you. Julie Connect With MeWebsite: ourreimaginedlife.com

  • 113: Want More Success? Start Studying It
    2026/09/17
What are we feeding our minds every day—and how much is it shaping the life we’re creating? Whether we realize it or not, we’re constantly being influenced. And in this episode, I’m sharing why I believe one of the simplest ways we can expand our lives is to become more intentional about those influences and start studying success. Winners study other winners. Whether you want to win in your marriage, on the field, in your business, with your health, or with your finances, it only makes sense to study what we want. And then we can start asking ourselves the deeper questions… Who do we want to become? What does success look like for “ME 2.0”? If this episode speaks to you, share it with a friend who needs it. And if you’re enjoying Our Reimagined Life, I’d be so grateful if you’d take a moment to leave a review. • 112: Becoming the Hero of Your Own Story
    2026/09/10
What if the obstacle in front of you isn’t proof that things are going wrong? What if it’s simply part of your story, the part that’s preparing you for who you’re becoming next? In this episode, I’m talking about what happens when we start seeing ourselves as the hero of our own story. Just like the characters we’ve rooted for in movies and books, we’re going to face setbacks, uncertainty, fear, and moments when we have absolutely no idea how things are going to work out. But maybe our job isn’t to know exactly how the story unfolds. Maybe our job is to trust ourselves, listen for guidance, take the next step, and keep moving toward the life we desire. If this episode speaks to you, share it with a friend who needs the reminder that her story isn’t over yet. And if you’re enjoying Our Reimagined Life, I’d be so grateful if you’d take a moment to leave a review. It helps more women find the podcast and join us as we reimagine what’s possible. • 111: 5 Ways We Give Away Our Confidence
    2026/09/03
What if you don’t need more confidence? What if the confidence you’ve been searching for is already inside you—but without realizing it, you’re giving pieces of it away? In this episode, I’m sharing five common ways we give away our confidence. I’m also taking you to a crowded restaurant in Scotland, where less than 24 hours after standing on a stage teaching women about confidence, I caught myself shrinking in the presence of another woman. It was a powerful reminder that confidence isn’t something we master once and never think about again, it’s something we practice. If you’ve been waiting to feel confident enough to start the business, take the chance, share your work, or do that big thing calling you forward, this episode may help you see confidence a little differently. Also, if this episode resonated, feel free to share it with someone who needs a reminder, and take a moment to leave a review. It helps more women find these conversations and our community.
