Madison High is gearing up for a Friday-night basketball game against Clay City High after a discouraging 39-game losing streak. With Walter Denton handling ticket sales and Tex Barton emerging as a promising prospect, Miss Brooks finds herself drawn into the school’s latest athletic crisis. Colgate Dental Cream and Palmolive Shave Cream sponsored the original broadcast.
Old Time Retro Radio presents the original broadcast with a newly produced contextual introduction, a short closing announcement, and gently cleaned/mastered audio for a more consistent listening experience.
