“Send Coach John a message”

I found a new connection to thought-provoking things. It comes from Jeff Moore (@JeffMoore__) and on FB: (JeffMooreEP) who shared this golden gem: “Your inner voice becomes the atmosphere you live in every day. Make it honest, encouraging, and worthy of someone you care about. Keep going.” What a powerful thought that I have not seen put into these terms. His post that went along with his thoughts were “Talking to yourself like you respect yourself is a game changer. Keep Going.” Love this!! I do have an atmosphere that I have around me all the time and I’m realizing that I have the ability to have more control over my atmosphere around me.
