Good morning surfers, this is your Sunday surf forecast for the Oregon and Washington coast brought to you by the National Weather Service. Let's start up north in Long Beach, Washington, where the waves are looking pretty decent today. You're looking at five to seven feet with a northwest swell running five feet at eleven second intervals. The weather is mostly cloudy with highs reaching sixty to sixty five degrees, and the wind is light out of the northeast at six miles per hour. That low tide at nine fifty two in the morning is going to give you some exposed sand bars, so get out there early if you want the best conditions. Heading south into Oregon's north coast, Seaside and Cannon Beach are firing up some solid waves today. Expect five to eight feet with that same northwest swell at a slightly longer twelve second period. It's mostly cloudy with the same temperature range, but the wind here is almost nonexistent, just two miles per hour from the west. Perfect paddling conditions. Your low tide hits just after ten in the morning, so plan accordingly. Moving down the coast to Manzanita, Rockaway Beach and Pacific City, conditions are very similar. Five to eight feet of surf with that northwest swell holding strong at twelve seconds. Highs around sixty five degrees with very light northwest winds at two miles per hour. This is going to be a scenic, calm morning session. Lincoln City is rounding out our forecast with the same five to eight foot swell and that longer twelve second period. Mostly cloudy skies, temps in the sixty to sixty five range, and light winds from the northwest. The low tide here happens around nine eleven in the morning, so you've got a solid window to work with. Now looking ahead to Monday, conditions are going to ease up a bit across the board. Expect four to six foot waves everywhere as that swell drops slightly to four feet at ten to eleven second intervals. It'll be partly cloudy with temperatures settling into the mid fifties. Winds will pick up just slightly, ranging from three to nine miles per hour depending on your location, but nothing that should deter you from getting out there.
