  • What I learned from making shorts for 90 days
    2026/05/06

Get the one page Content Strategy: https://newsletter.orbitforcreators.com/As someone who's trying to grow a YouTube channel I kept hearing the same advice: Go make short form content. But personally I never enjoyed making it. It seems like a wasteful activity that's just feeding the algorithm. But a few months ago I had a conversation with Charles Haynes - Founder of ZigguratXYZ a Creator Management Company. He changed my perspective on shorts and I took it as an opportunity to test it myself in a clear time frame. Now that I have a solid three months of data before during and after the test I have a very clear result for the question: Does short form content grow your long form views. But it's not what I expected.Music and more from Uppbeathttps://share.uppbeat.io/orbit-for-creators
