In this episode of Open Bar Podcast, we sit down with the founder of Baby Cake Walks, a pastry company built on tradition, patience, and doing things the right way — not the fast way.

Everything is made from scratch.

No shortcuts.

No cutting corners.

Just like her grandmother taught her.

This conversation goes deeper than baking. It's about legacy, discipline, and why staying true to your roots is often what separates lasting brands from temporary ones.

???? In this episode, we talk about:

• Learning recipes the old-school way — by watching and feeling, not rushing

• Why "from scratch" still matters in modern business

• How grandma's kitchen became the foundation for a real brand

• The difference between scaling fast and scaling right

• What authenticity really looks like in entrepreneurship

This is for anyone building something with pride — and refusing to compromise quality for convenience.
