  • How I Make $70k/mo With GoHighLevel
    2026/09/02

Online coaches and consultants, if you’d like to sign your dream clients and scale, there's a link below that shows how we can help. It's a funnel, obviously, but it explains what we do if you're looking to scale.

A lot of coaching businesses are happy with 10% to 20% growth in a year.

We doubled one in 12 months.

It wasn't because of a viral Reel or one successful launch. We built the right systems into the business and improved them over time.

One of the biggest problems I see is coaches spending $500 a month on ads pointed at an evergreen webinar and expecting it to produce consistent sales.

That budget doesn't give you enough data to understand what's working, let alone enough volume to scale.

It's like trying to fill a swimming pool with a garden hose.

The other problem is relying entirely on organic content to build trust.

A few three-second Reels aren't enough to move someone from discovering you to becoming a client. There's a journey people go through before they're ready to buy, and your business needs a system that moves them through it.

In this episode, I walk you through the framework we used to double this client's business.

I show you the ad strategy that helped them consistently reach $13k to $20k a month and the lead incubator we use to generate sales throughout the year.

I also explain why hiring everything in-house at $20k to $30k a month can be a mistake, and the sales infrastructure we put in place to make closing much simpler.

If you're relying on inconsistent organic sales, watch this before you spend another dollar on ads.

  • I Broke Down Shelby Sapp's $5,000,000/Month Content System

A $5,000,000-a-month coaching business doesn't run on ads alone.

A big part of Shelby Sapp's growth comes from organic content. Free posts and videos that attract the right people, build demand, and eventually turn some of them into clients.

What's interesting is that her system isn't particularly complicated.

It's just a lot more intentional than posting whatever comes to mind that day.

That's where many coaches struggle with content. They answer the same questions repeatedly or copy whatever happens to be trending, then wonder why they've been posting for years without signing clients from it.

    Shelby approaches it differently.

Every piece of content has a purpose. She knows when she needs more reach, when her audience needs more trust, and when the content needs to move people closer to buying.

I originally put this breakdown together for my private clients, but I'm sharing the whole thing publicly now.

In the episode, I walk through the six types of content she uses and the three stages behind the system.

I also cover how she approaches hooks to capture attention quickly and some of the mistakes that can keep a coaching business invisible even when they're posting consistently.

If you've been posting consistently but it isn't turning into clients, this will give you a better way to approach it.

  • The Exact Order to Automate Your Coaching Business
    2026/08/21

Online coaches and consultants, if you’d like to sign your dream clients and scale, there's a link below that shows how we can help. It's a funnel, obviously, but it explains what we do if you're looking to scale.

A lot can go wrong when you try to remove yourself from your business too early.

You hire a closer before you've learned how to sell the offer yourself. Or you hand off your marketing before you understand what's actually making it convert.

Then the moment you step back, things start falling apart.

The problem isn't automation. It's the order you do it in.

If you want to spend less time managing the daily operations of your business without slowing down growth, you need to know what you can hand off and what still needs your attention.

Otherwise, you end up building a team that you're constantly managing because nobody can make decisions without you.

In this episode, I walk you through the order I recommend for automating a coaching business.

I cover what to hand off first, what you should stay involved in for longer, and the revenue milestones that can help you decide when you're ready to move to the next stage.

If you're somewhere between doing everything yourself and building out a full team, listen to this before you make your next hire.
