    If you ask MBB, the title "Recruiter" doesn't actually fit what she does on a daily basis. Most people outside the industry assume the job is purely about making placements, but that is a tiny fraction of it. The term is outdated because the modern role is a blend of career coach, logistics coordinator, therapist, cheerleader, friend, and advocate.

    The Farnsworths spent seven years traveling the U.S. in an RV with their kids while John worked as a critical care travel nurse.     Now settled into a permanent home, the Farnsworths have shifted their focus. Kristin is passionate about helping other traveling families create their own incredible experiences, just as their recruiter once did for them.
