This week Pastor Tim explores what it means to be the church and grow in Christ. The church is called to grow deeper in Christ, grow stronger in community, and to grow fruitful in the world. Jesus wants to completely transform us to look like him, so other people will want to follow him. God doesn’t just save us from something, he grows us into someone. We grow through connection with other people. Pruning and growth is not always comfortable.
