Welcome to Ok, WHAT? Podcast, the world's least qualified support group!

OK, WHAT? is for curious people, chronic overthinkers, accidental self-improvers, and anyone who's ever fallen down an internet rabbit hole at midnight and emerged three hours later with seventeen tabs open and a completely new personality.

Each week we pull up a chair and discuss whatever has us collectively saying, "OK, what?"

Psychology. Relationships. Business ideas. Human behavior. ADHD. Internet culture. Life advice. Bad advice. Weird advice. The occasional existential crisis.

We're not here because we have all the answers. We're here because the questions are more interesting.

Life is weird.

Nobody knows what they're doing.

Pull up a chair. Membership is automatic.

  • I Wanted to Be a War Correspondent. I Got 18 Euros and a Yacht.
    2026/07/13

I had one hero growing up. Years later he walked up the dock, got on the superyacht I was working on, and I served him dinner for a week. I never said a word. Not one word.

This one's about what we wanted to be when we were little, and how far away we ended up — from Getaway presenter, to war correspondent, to working four jobs and landing in France with 18 euros and no plan. Somewhere in there I wanted to be a box of crayons. Somewhere in there I snuck a Polly Pocket into church.

Turns out I didn't miss the dream. I just got here sideways, about twenty years late, and didn't notice.

Also: my recording died mid-episode, so please enjoy an unsolicited ad for the 300-gallon water bottle I wasted my money on last week.

What did YOU want to be? I bet you're closer than you think.

Editing note: I'm learning as I go. The cuts are rough, the boom mic sags, and I'm getting better every week. Thanks for bearing with me as we keep trucking on.

  • Meeting #07: Apparently I'm Frugal
    2026/07/07

I've been frugal my entire life.

I compare prices. I avoid expensive items. I feel guilty buying the flash clothes.

So... where the hell is all my money?

In this meeting, we're talking about being cheap without somehow becoming rich, why I still don't own a house, the strange guilt that comes with spending money, and why I keep accidentally starting hobbies instead of businesses.

We also wander into millennials, Gen Z, home ownership, unfinished projects, and the comforting realization that maybe collecting business ideas is just my favorite hobby now.

It's less of a financial masterclass and more of a public investigation into my own life choices.

    Membership is automatic.

🎥 I also mention a video in this episode. You can watch it here: https://youtu.be/yHcTVddDMnA

  • Meeting #06: Creatively Burnt Out and Flat as a Pancake
    2026/06/30

Some mornings you wake up ready to take over the world.

Other mornings, replying to one email feels like you've just been asked to solve climate change before lunch.

In this meeting, we're talking about those weird in-between days where nothing is technically wrong, but your brain is only running at about 60%.

We chat about creative burnout, feeling flat, motivation, productivity guilt, and why sometimes the best thing you can do is stop pretending you're a robot and accept that humans have off days.

If you've ever stared at your to-do list for twenty minutes before deciding to reorganize your desktop instead, this meeting is for you.

    Membership is automatic.
