Welcome to The We Do Not Care Club Podcast hosted by Melani Sanders, content creator, founding member of the WDNC, and New York Times bestselling author of The Official We Do Not Care Club Handbook. What started as Melani’s hilarious and all-too-true social media declaration that she simply did not care much anymore has become a global movement centered on sisterhood, laughter, honesty, and understanding that we are not alone, and we are enough. From menopause to marriage, motherhood, sex, relationships, changing bodies, mental health, work, money, food, and the everyday chaos of midlife, no topic is off-limits.

This week on Office Ladies 6.0, Jenna and Angela are digging into “Cold Open Hidden Gems”! We all know and love Kevin's chili and the fire drill from Stress Relief, but this week, the ladies are focusing on hilarious, stand-alone cold opens from seasons two through five (no cold opens in season one) that don't get enough credit. Like Michael's accidental pyramid scheme in Michael's Birthday and Michael’s dream to adopt a baby in The Convention. Along the way, Jenna and Angela share incredible but true stories of people getting fired (including Jenna!!) So buckle up, get ready for some cold opens... and enjoy!

Today we’re breaking down “Mafia”. Jim and Pam are on their honeymoon leaving the office deficient in reasonable people. So when an Italian insurance salesman tries to sell Michael life insurance, Dwight and Andy convince him he’s with the Scranton mafia. Writer of this episode, Brent Forrester, sends in clips to defend why this farcical episode is legendary.

Jenna reveals how Pam’s watercolor was almost destroyed in this episode and Angela uncovers that Scranton had real mafia members including Russell Bufalino who was later played by Joe Pesci in “The Irishman”. This episode is so great that even if there was salad on top, you wouldn’t send it back.
