Combining a passion for food and ethical dining, he opened Vegan Gorilla, a restaurant which is organic, vegan, and dairy / gluten-free, as well as Amour Pâtisserie végétale, a vegan and gluten free bakery. Vegan Gorilla obtained the distinguished title of maitre restaurateur, and subsequently received a Michelin Bib Gourmand, a first for a vegan restaurant. His eco-friendly approach has helped usher in this new paradigm in fine dining to Nice.

Camille Grenier is an actor, writer, and educator. She worked at the prestigious cinema channel Canal Pluzz in Paris, and as a performer she has worked in television shows and films such as "Drone Wars," "Adaline," and "The Tale of Allen Grey." She hosted and produced the "The Arrogant Frenchie Show" for the radio, and teaches camera performance and public speaking. Currently she is a volunteer for charitable causes, and in development on a television series she is writing and directing.

Brian Bell is a stage director and performer based in Berlin. His production of "The Feast" was nominated for an award for Best New Play in Chicago. He made his German National Theater directorial debut with "Killer Joe," and his production of "Stella" at the Stadttheater Ingolstadt was nominated for a German Musical Theater Award. He is also the artistic director of Shakespeariment, and the writer of a new adaptation of H.G. Wells' "The Time Machine," which he will direct at the Theater Heilbronn.

Patrick Robart is a painter who works and resides in the Cité de Carcassonne—the citadel itself. Born in Calais, he studied the arts and was later appointed educator of art at the lycée in Carcassonne. Over time, Patrick Robart and his work have become a part of the culture of the region. His subjects are his luscious surroundings: the hills of the Corbières, the lakes of the Montagne Noire, the beaches of the Mediterranean, the southern French markets, the Canal du Midi and the ancient Cité of Carcassonne.

Peter Wu+ is an artist with work that spans a myriad of mediums, formats, and methodologies. Combining animation, projection mapping, 3D printing, immersive environments, and machine learning, his groundbreaking work has been displayed in galleries around the world. In addition to the numerous exhibitions, awards, and accolades he has received for his own work, Peter also supports education and the art community, and is the founder and creator of the EPOCH Gallery, an artist-run virtual experiment.

While on a flight to Europe, Nicholas Ryan Howard serves as the facilitator working with a passenger named Tim on shifting our default setting of being hard on ourselves, on using compassion to overcome rejection, on releasing patterns of keeping ourselves busy, and in the expansion of the creative consciousness.
