October is the PERFECT time to move beyond those back-to-school routines and start building the foundational PE skills your students will use all year long!

In this episode of CRAZY FUN PE with Mrs. T., I’m breaking down my complete K–5 October PE Plan and the 7 essential skills I teach during Month #2—underhand rolling, bowling, underhand throwing, catching, tracking, throwing for accuracy, and partner cooperation.

I’ll share my favorite teaching cues, games, read-alouds, assessment ideas, and simple tips to help you plan an October full of purposeful movement, skill-building, and—of course—a whole lot of FUN!
