Following the events of the first movie where the Toa rediscover the lost land of Metru Nui, we go back in time to the events that lost Metru Nui in the first place, aka, it is pre-sequel time! Mason & Zach go into the events in Bionicle history that took place between movies 1 & 2 while the Bionicle brand was booming. Then they take you on the ride that is Bionicle 2, meet characters we already kind of met, meet even worse villains, and expand upon the already confusing Bionicle lore... making it more confusing.
