  • 108- (BEST OF) -Coming Home to Your Body Is a Revolution | ORGÁSMICA Live Replay
    2026/10/07

Explore working with me through Sacred Alquimia:https://sacred-alquimia.com

What happens when we stop moving through life disconnected from our bodies—and begin to truly feel?

This week, we’re revisiting our very first ORGÁSMICA live event, recorded a year ago. While we work through technical issues with our scheduled episode, I wanted to share this special gathering with you again.

Together, we explored pleasure, embodiment, and why coming home to your body can be a radical act. Through personal stories, shared breathing, and questions from the audience, we opened a conversation about what becomes possible when we give ourselves permission to feel, connect, and live more fully.

Whether you were there with us or are listening for the first time, you’re invited into this space of curiosity, laughter, and presence.

With love and gratitude to Bruha for the space and art, Valeria Maldonado for the design, Marta Méndez Cross for the video, Sneaky Entertainment for the sound, and everyone who helped bring this gathering to life.

  • EP 106 -What We Wish We Knew About Sex Before Marriage- With Adam Mayfield
    2026/09/22

After 11 years together, Adam and I have learned that sex, desire, intimacy, and connection don’t stay the same and maybe they’re not supposed to.

In this very personal episode, we talk about how our sexual connection has evolved throughout our marriage, what we believed about sex when we first got together, what we wish someone had told us, and how we navigate the moments when one person wants intimacy and the other doesn’t.

We also talk about what we’ve been going through over the last couple of weeks: grief, supporting your partner through difficult moments, and learning how to hold space for someone you love without immediately trying to fix what they’re feeling.

We share some of the tools we actually use in our marriage to move through grief, communicate, reconnect, and find our way back to each other.

This one is about sex but it’s also about what happens when you spend 11 years growing, changing, hurting, healing, and continuing to choose each other.

  • EP- 105 - No eran Mariposas, era tu herida l Sexualidad, Divorcio y control - Ale Avila
    2026/09/15

  • Ep -104 Why Men Can't Be Multi-Orgasmic Until They Open Their Heart- solo episode
    2026/09/08

Men can be multi-orgasmic but the path there has nothing to do with technique. In this episode, we explore why opening the heart is the real key to male pleasure, what it means to "decentralize" your partner in order to reclaim your own pleasure and identity, why so many men feel lost in today's loneliness epidemic, and how the patriarchy quietly harms both men and women just differently.

This is a conversation about reclaiming pleasure as your own responsibility, staying open in a numbing world, and creating space for men to heal without shame.
