It's 11:40 on a Tuesday night in a hospital parking lot, and out of a thousand "friends," who do you actually call? This first message in Unfiltered and Unfinished makes the case that friendship is not a lifestyle accessory but the school of love, where God teaches every skill our other relationships will need. And it ends with a harder question: whose list are you on?

Of all the things Scripture could say about Moses: lawgiver, prophet, the man who split the sea, the book of Exodus pauses to record something quieter: "The LORD would speak to Moses face to face, as one speaks to a friend." Not master and servant. Not king and subject. Friend. And the Hebrew word is not some elevated religious term, it's the ordinary word for a neighbor, the person you eat with, the person you can be honest with.
