A Slight Risk of flash flooding covers the Four Corners, with isolated severe storms possible in Arizona and Utah. Tropical Storm Trudy (40 mph, 1004 mb / 29.65 in) is weakening, and Invest 94 has a 90% chance of development. Alaska's Isabel Pass expects 2–3 ft of snow.
