Bob & Eve have experienced explosive growth on social media in the past year thanks a change in their strategy that they cover in this episode. • #11: Studying in Bangkok, rejecting family expectations & fighting mental health w/ Rike Grünberg
    2025/05/04

Rike stands out as unique to us as she figured out very early on in life that Germany wasn't ever going to be her forever home. She left the country at the young age of 18 to search for the place in the world where she felt like she belonged.

Through a working holiday in Australia, partying while backpacking through Southeast Asia, heading out on solo travels around Japan, and getting stuck in Colombia during COVID, Rike finally found an opportunity studying at a private university in Bangkok. It was in Thailand that Rike finally kickstarted her adult life, found her community, and her home base!

    2025/04/28

Ever wondered how digital nomads handle healthcare while constantly traveling the world? Today Sara and I share a detailed breakdown of our processes and choices when it comes to routine check-ups, finding GPs, addressing mental health, and much more!

We also talk about how full-time travel can make it difficult to maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle (especially while always working behind a laptop). We go into detail about how we flipped our unhealthy travel life into a healthy one, and how we keep active even though we sit at desks.
