No Time for Burnout is the podcast for high performing women who are already at capacity and have zero time to fall apart.

Those who still look fine on the outside but who are drowning on the inside.

You're not lazy.

You're not weak.

You're definitely not broken.

You're just out of resources, yet you’re still showing up, still saying yes, and still helping everybody... because the to-do never ends, and people rely on you.

You're not alone in this, my friend. Busyness has become a badge of honour, a sign that we're contributing, that we matter and we are worthy. But wearing yourself out isn't a virtue, it's a warning sign and it’s completely unsustainable.

You're allowed to want to slow down without feeling like you're letting everyone down. You won’t. There’s a way to slow down and look after yourself that doesn’t mean everything collapses.

Burnout is predictable and entirely preventable.

I’ve got you!

Hi,

I'm Sophie Anderson. I am a burnout prevention specialist, corporate coach, speaker, creator of The Anderson Model of Burnout Prevention™ (AMBP), and author of the book "No Time for Burnout" coming out soon.

This show is your pocket coach to continue being productive while also looking after yourself and rebuilding capacity. I will help you identify where you are on the burnout spectrum and exactly what to do to avoid crossing the threshold into burnout. I will share many tools and strategies, and invite feedback and questions to target my episodes to your needs.

I’ve never burnt out. I’ve been on that path though, and caught myself before I fell apart (phew!).

That's the whole point of this show: prevention, not recovery.

🎙️ Expect short, imperfect episodes built for people with no spare time, and real, practical strategies to build capacity.

If you've got no time for burnout, but you can spare a few minutes to understand yourself better and improve things, this is the show that will truly move the needle.
