N°167 — What It Really Means to Lose Your Life for Christ

“Whoever wishes to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.” — Matthew 16:25

We’ve heard this verse so many times, but lately we’ve been asking ourselves: what does it actually mean to lose your life for Christ?

Because for us, it hasn’t looked like one huge sacrifice. It’s looked like the Lord slowly asking us to let go of the things we want to hold onto—the way we want to live, the things we find our identity in, our comfort, our plans, our pride, and even things we genuinely enjoy.

In this episode, we’re sharing what that has actually looked like in our own lives, the places where obedience has been hard, and what we’re learning about choosing Him even when our flesh wants something else.

And maybe that’s the part of this verse we never fully understood before: every time we thought the Lord was asking us to lose something, He was actually leading us into more.

More freedom. More peace. More of who He created us to be. And most importantly, more of Him.

N°166 — The Secret to Unshakable Confidence

Confidence has been something we’ve talked about a lot on this podcast, but over the past year, our understanding of what it actually means to be confident has completely changed.

For years, we believed confidence came from keeping promises to yourself. Getting the workout in. Being disciplined. Accomplishing what you said you were going to accomplish. Showing up as the person you said you wanted to be. But what happens when you don’t?
