Phil has a list of questions. Doug has other priorities. Between them they conduct what may be the most chaotic criminal investigation in Pacific Northwest history — a parade of interviews that goes sideways immediately and stays there, interrupted by a geriatric dominatrix who puts Doug on the floor in ways he did not enjoy even a little.
