Life gives us a lot of questions. Unfortunately, it doesn't always give us very good answers.

No Good Answer is a podcast about the things we think about but don't always talk about—the serious stuff, the ridiculous stuff, and everything somewhere in between.

I'm not a therapist, a life coach, or somebody who has it all figured out. I'm just a person asking a lot of the same questions you probably are.

Why does everyone else seem to know what they're doing? When did making friends get so hard? Why do we feel guilty for doing nothing? Are we actually happy, or just really busy?

Sometimes I'll tell you what I think. Sometimes I'll tell you what happened to me. Sometimes you'll tell me what you think.

And sometimes we'll finish exactly where we started—with no good answer.

That's okay.

Life gives us questions. Let's talk about them anyway.

  • How much Should We Actually Care What Other People Think?
    2026/09/13

How much should we actually care what other people think?

In Episode 4 of No Good Answer, I talk about the opinions that shape us—from family and friends to complete strangers—and how easy it is to change ourselves just to fit in.

At what point does listening to other people become letting them decide who we are?

  • Why do We Keep Things We Will Never Use?
    2026/09/06

Why do we keep stuff we know we’re never going to use?

In Episode 3 of No Good Answer, I take on one of life’s great mysteries: junk drawers, mystery cables, empty boxes, clothes we haven’t worn in years, and that one random object we keep because “I might need it someday.”

Will someday ever come? Probably not.

Will I throw any of it away? Also probably not.

Send me the completely unnecessary thing you refuse to get rid of at nogoodanswerpod@gmail.com.

  • Why do 5 minute phone calls feel like a work day?
    2026/08/30

When did we stop calling our friends just to talk?

In Episode 2 of No Good Answer, I look back at the days of random phone calls, long conversations about nothing, and how texting and social media changed the way we stay connected.

Are we actually closer now—or just better at keeping up with each other?
