I'm Nicky K.D. Chaleunphone (aka Nicky Chaleunphone), a DSD activist living with Kallmann syndrome (including congenital anosmia), vitiligo, and a lifetime of defying expectations. From my roots in Laotian heritage to my work as a writer, EMT, blogger, MSW student, and model, I bring an unfiltered, no-BS perspective to the table.
