If your views and applications are growing but your sales aren't, I'd look closely at the people your content is attracting before making another plan to increase your reach. More attention only helps when it brings the right people closer to buying.
Most established coaches and practitioners I work with already know their niche. They can tell you who they serve and what problem they solve. What's often missing is the part that helps a potential client understand why their particular approach is a better fit than someone else's.
I'm sharing a training I taught inside another business owner's mastermind on the difference between niche, expertise, perspective, and positioning. I also walk through a dietitian client who was getting millions of views and more applications while her conversion rate dropped, and how changing the message helped attract better-fit buyers.
In This Episode-

-
"Being visible and being someone that people want to spend money to work with, especially if you sell a higher-ticket offer, are two totally different things."
-
"Having a niche helps people figure out if your services are broadly relevant to them. It doesn't necessarily help them make a decision to work with you."
-
"I look at positioning as connecting what makes your work valuable with what your ideal clients actually care about."
-
"Sometimes the content that gets you the most sales is not the content that gets you the most attention or engagement."
-
"There is no one right business model for everybody."
-
"You really have to earn the right to broaden your niche."
-
"If you already have people expressing interest, but they're not moving forward, that's generally going to be a positioning and sales problem."
