Because when you are both autistic and ADHD, it isn’t always easy to explain what is going on internally. Sometimes ADHD pushes you towards novelty, movement, impulsivity and big ideas. Sometimes autism craves routine, predictability, clarity and recovery time. And sometimes they both show up at once… leaving everyone confused, including us!
