The problem, of course, is that getting back into shape means that he's drinking so much water that he's constantly in the bathroom peeing. As much as he feels better after working out and cutting sugar from his diet, hearing his beef with water was the most Chalmers way to describe the lifestyle change.

Changing gears, the conversation turned to the Olympics and how everyone is amped to watch the games despite the time difference between Italy and Canada tossing a wrench in the mix. As you'll hear, Chalmers thought he had a system in place to make sure he knew what time to watch live sports, but a quick pressure test on the system quickly poked a few holes in the plan. Either way, the boys will all have the Olympics on TV and act as experts despite not knowing a lick about what's going on.
