In this episode of Beyond Should, Lucy catches up with return guest, Natacha Hildebrand, to discuss where she is and where she's going!
Beyond Should also presents a re-rerun episode with Natacha: This conversation is about the power of releasing societal pressures, cultivating your many interests, and centering community in our work. Natacha shares how a project with Annie Leibowitz and Gloria Steinem helped her embrace her identity as a multi-hyphenate and step into being a community gatherer and leader for women around the world. She also tells us about her experience co-founding BasBlue and how she learned to ask for support from her own personal board of advisors. Tune in for a powerful reminder that the best is yet to come — even when it takes a little more time than we might desire.
More about our guest: Natacha Hildebrand is a brand leader and veteran community builder focused on the intersection of culture, content, and commerce. She is currently the Fractional Chief Marketing Officer at Z SUPPLY, a California lifestyle brand. Previously, she led Brand Marketing at Madewell, spearheaded Community Innovation at Nike, and sold her women's community business, Doyenne, to AllBright in London. She is the co-founder of BasBlue, a foundation and members' space in Detroit.
