I've done a predominantly punjsbi podcast after a very very loooooong tine. Once agsin this is because there were a few reminders i had to gove our fellow people. Once again ib these recent months and days ive faced the BS attitude of these arrogant people with nothing to their name but falsely aggrandised ego. This is a verbal slap back to reality.

People like the dress code, seem to have no idea as to what CV Format is use when applying for a job. The fact that they are using the wrong resume format fir academic jobs justcshows the confusion and the new employers hiring are also expecting that, which is a cause for alarm and concern. The academic CV hasn't changed and remains the same. To push forward the "new resume" format shows unprofessionalism and invokes concerns, especially when both sides claim experience. The new paragraph styled resume with sections highlighting your skills ifanything, raises questions as to your experience because this format will accepted as taken from someone who lacks either the qualifications or the experience needed. Because that was originally why such a resume was designed: for fresh graduates who looked to make an entry into the narjet. Suffice it to say in academics even fresh graduates should strive to stick to the CV that they think is outdated because that is the correct academic cv format.

Let's get real...understanding the problem doesn't mean problem solving. We are aware of the flaws but don't want to lift a finger to fix them. This is why we have no future. As long as those who have caused harm don't take responsibility there is no resolution and even if they do, the danage is done.

'Rumours of Imran Khan's ldemise are fying around spread most probably by our beloved idiots the ISI and taken up with ghee by the bigger idiots Indian and Afghan media. If it is just a few thousand people protesting and no huge wave, no external pressure, no push back, it means they can get away with killing him. Again why I keep saying we need to exert external pressure and create momentum internally as well otherwise we are telling them they can get away with it. They are basically doing a rehearsal
