It gently activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which is the part of you that knows how to rest, restore, and release. Over time, regular practice helps reduce anxiety, ease physical tension, and support better sleep.One thing worth knowing: this practice deepens with repetition. Each time you return to the same session, your nervous system recognizes the state more quickly and settles more easily. So if something in you wants to come back to this one, trust that.
