Hey there! It's Joey here, your friendly investor buddy, breaking down the day for you. Today we’re talking about ServiceNow, and yikes, it was a red day. The stock got smoked, down about 4.4%.

So, what went down? ServiceNow opened lower and just kinda drifted down throughout the day. It didn’t have a great vibe, and honestly, it seemed like everyone was just ready to hit the sell button. Volume was right on average, but the energy wasn’t there.

Now, why did this happen? Well, there’s a couple of things floating around. First off, some folks are saying it’s part of a bigger trend in the SaaS world. Other SaaS stocks like TEAM and DUOL also hit 52-week lows today, so it looks like ServiceNow caught some of that bad mojo. Plus, there’s chatter about rotational strategies, which basically means investors are moving their money around and ServiceNow didn’t make the cut this time.

On the bright side, Citizens just reiterated their stock rating for ServiceNow, claiming they've got some solid federal contract wins coming up. So, there’s some good news in the mix, even if today was a bummer.
