The Pentagon wants every major base able to run on its own for at least 90 days (per Fox News, citing internal documents; Snopes rates the 90-day figure "undetermined"). The White House declared a national emergency over the power grid on Aug. 26. And the plan they hand you is still measured in days.

This week on Noncompliant America, Joshua Michael lays out the paper trail: Fortress America, DOE's emergency orders under the Federal Power Act, a Washington coal plant kept open 90 days at a time, CISA's warnings about the grid, a record month of attacks in the Strait of Hormuz (per UKMTO) and rolling blackouts in Ukraine. Then the receipts: the outages Josh warned about on this show before they happened.

Then the Top 10 prep list, built from what preppers and Mike Adams actually recommend, not the government's three-day kit: water, a deep pantry, heat, backup power, comms, medical basics, security, cash, paper records and community. Nobody makes it 90 days alone.

Also: the Leeuwarden COVID case. In a Dutch civil court, seven plaintiffs who say the shots injured them are suing the Dutch state, Bill Gates, Pfizer's Albert Bourla, Mark Rutte and others. Their lawyer argues the shots were a bioweapon; the defendants call the claims unfounded. The court heard it Oct. 22. It's ongoing: not a verdict and not a debunk. A judgment is expected Dec. 9 at the earliest, possibly as late as February (ANP).

Kaylub Giamanco, the Bend father of two Silver Rail students who went in and stopped the shooter, finally spoke out (OPB, Oct 23): "I'm sorry, I have to go in. People are going to die." Joshua opens with Kaylub's own words and asks why the media can't spin this one: a lawful carrier, a neighbor, "just a carpenter from Bend, Oregon." Since the shooting, 204 people have signed up to start the concealed handgun license process with the Deschutes County Sheriff's Office (KTVZ, Oct 22), and DCSO added a class on Saturday, Nov 14 (7 a.m.–noon, $150).
