NFL is back, and J and L start with the games everyone is already arguing about. From a defensive grind between Seattle and New England to a 49ers-Rams matchup that sparked plenty of trash talk, this episode is packed with bold picks, injury reactions, and the kind of back-and-forth that makes Week 1 feel bigger than it should.

J and L break down the early slate game by game, calling out which teams look ready, which ones already look shaky, and which quarterbacks could decide everything. You’ll hear their take on Drake May’s costly mistakes, Seattle’s defense looking dominant again, why the 49ers still might have more answers than people expected, and why the Rams may not look like NFC favorites just yet.

They also get into key Week 1 matchups including Bears-Panthers, Bills-Texans, Browns-Jaguars, Buccaneers-Bengals, Falcons-Steelers, Jets-Titans, Ravens-Colts, Saints-Lions, Cardinals-Chargers, Commanders-Eagles, Dolphins-Raiders, Packers-Vikings, Giants-Cowboys, and Broncos-Chiefs. Along the way, they weigh injuries, breakout candidates, quarterback pressure, defensive matchups, and which teams are being overrated before the season even settles in.

If you want straight-up NFL opinions, plenty of confidence, and a few hilarious detours along the way, this is a solid Week 1 preview to lock in before kickoff. Perfect for football fans who love predictions, debate, and hearing where the confidence is real—and where it might already be way too high.
