Having taken a 2 month hiatus to deal with Life and all its majesty, I'm stoked to be back in the chair having a deep conversation with my guest Pieter Van Winkle. We dive into what is the divine feminine in relation to the masculine and and how can we men meet and hold the necessary energetic in our interactions with the feminine. We also talk about rites of passage for boys and the importance of "it takes a village" to raise and guide these young men.

It was my pleasure to sit with Pieter and have this conversation.

Pieter is a father of Wendell, partner to Emma, wild clay ceramic potter, organic beef rancher -- and body-based soul guide. He is fascinated by human development, in particular, adolescent rites of passage, and he spearheads a local project to support emerging teens in their journey to adulthood. He lives with his family on their homestead farm in Western Colorado.

His businesses train parents how to communicate and live with their children in a more harmonious and respectful relationship and container. This idea of training the source is radical - working with the parents to create change in their kids. My guest Ed Fox has had quite the spiritual journey starting when he left his home in the Bronx at age 18 knowing his path must lead him elsewhere.

From Dreaming at the pyramids in Teotihuacan Mexico, to traveling the country teaching Transcendental Meditation including teaching meditation to inmates at a prison in Texas, to having a successful coaching practice in Boulder, Colorado.
