Mya also talks about how she is still navigating the hurt from conditional validation from her teenage years, healing from past hurts, and even small reflections she has almost every day. Lately her life has been all over the place and each day she wants to take one step at a time to get better and become that woman she was created to be. Coming to you as a friend and as someone who gets it, she’s offering a space for conversations about everything a twenty-something and others may experience.
