In this episode I tell you more about me and how I've got to where I am now. I followed a path of poor mental health, job to job, feelings of low self worth and lacking in confidence. 

My journey to today was not very pretty but I wouldn't change it. That path led me to who I am today and without the last decade of difficulty I wouldnt have found my passion and purpose and who i am truly meant to be.
