I've spent the last several months teaching about the nervous system, spirituality, and intuition as territories. Today I want to tell you how I know them. Not as a teacher, mentor, or coach, but as someone who has been in the water. This is the personal story underneath Sacred Systems. Twenty years as a massage therapist. The yoga that made things worse and the Pilates that didn't. The spiritual spaces that turned out to be the church with crystals, and what I found when I left them all. The moment in my ex-wife's apartment when I heard something true and cleaned up the bloody tissues anyway. The forest bike rides. The unexpected moment in Walmart that changed my life. And what happens when your nervous system, your spiritual practice, and your intuition finally start working together instead of against each other. Sacred Systems enrollment is open today. Three six-week live intensives: Reclaiming Your Nervous System, Reclaiming Your Spirituality, Reclaiming Your Intuition. Held in community, in real time, with coaching throughout. Founders pricing through October 24.
