Hi Beautiful friends!!
Like I mentioned in this Episode, I had a three hour drive and found myself reflecting on a great conversation I had with a family member about living life, in the present and not dwelling on your past in which you cannot change.
It blows my mind that each day we live as a human on planet earth we only get that day once. So knowing you only get to experience this "human experience" one time on Planet Earth... don't you want to make it the best damn experience?
