Raising kids is not the easiest assignment ever to have been given to mankind. No one who has kids would say that. BUT - it is an assignment that has been given. Do we all see it that way, or is it possible that someone else/something else has been entrusted with the raising of our children so that we can achieve the American dream? Come on, y'all - let's think on this together...

First - let me say I sure do like AI (you gotta say that so they don't come get you first in the AI takeover).

All jokes aside, AI is a very real part of life at this point - folks are using it everyday. Some folks are every saying it's going to take over the world at some point. But - before we get there, is there a question we should be asking about AI usage in our churches? Flyers and pictures and videos are one thing, but what about AI and sermons, studies, and classrooms? Should our churches be thinking about this? Let's muse...

Wy do people worship the way that they do? And - why do some people worship in a more... "animated" fashion while others sort of, you know, just stand there? Is there a right way? A wrong way?

Look at all these questions we get to answer! Listen up and see how we can understand what worship ought to look like.

Here's one of those topics that gets Preacher Man slightly worked up - heretical dummies spouting absolute trash from BEHIND A PULPIT. Maybe you heard the drama already, maybe not... but this week's episode includes Preacher Man figuring out how to add external audio sources to the live recording.

All so you can hear some dummies (I'm trying to use gentle words) say some dumb things. Surely we can hear the call over us to "step up and proclaim the truth"?!

Finally - an episode recorded with no fan or AC running (but we do get a surprise helicopter flyover)! This week, Townsend and Preacher Man seek to answer a listener's question about the "right or wrong" of attending church via a digital means vs. being in a physical worship service. Is it wrong to only be a part of a digital sermon? Does God have a preference?

An episode where a Listener asks us to consider the nuances of forgiveness, trust, and restoring access into a relationship. You'll hear a reference to Matthew 18, yes. You'll hear about 70 times 7 - but what you might not have heard so often is the ministry of reconciliation. How's that work, you ask...? Well, let's take a swing at it and see what we come up with!

This week's listener request asks us to consider what responsibility we have, if any, to confronting sin in the lives of those we see around us who lay claim to the Savior. Folks who drag His name through the dirt by the way they live. Is it our business? Should we say something? Aren't we supposed to avoid judging others? Pull up your chair and let's muse on this. Townsend even tattles on herself this week - so pay attention for that! ;)

Do y'all get sick of me telling you that this episode is a listener request? Cause I NEVER get sick of saying it! Thank you guys for reaching out to us so often.

This week we look at the idea of seeking peace with others, but not finding it. What are we supposed to do with that? When we feel guilt, how do we process that? What's the Bible say? Let's muse.

Also, BIG CONGRATS to Townsend and Preacher Man for reaching 300 episodes and to you guys for being here for it - - - Here's to 300 more!!
