    Hey MWP Family, 

    2023 has certainly been a year, and if you have experienced wins or loses, a takeaway to consider is the fact that we are still here today giving us the opportunity succeed in life at whatever level God has allowed us to be.  With that being said don't settle for less than your God given potential. As an influential woman in my life would often say, " The sky is not the limit, but only the limit to our imagination or expectation." Mother Marilyn Clark 

    I looked forward with anticipation to another season on Mornings with Pleas' the podcast, good health, hope and prosperous living for us all. Thank you for tuning in and being a part of the Mornings with Pleas' the podcast community I appreciate you!

    Hey all!!
    Back at it again.  Here we are with another interesting conversation on in which I find intriguing and helpful at the same time. 

    It's no secret that we all at some point will experience trouble, hardship, challenges etc. But why just go through struggles aimlessly and not by the grace of God walk away but with something.

    I rather come out with a win rather than nothing at all whatever form that may take, life is hard enough but God if faithful.  Let's learn from our mistakes.

    Sometimes it just that small adjustment that makes the biggest difference in our lives. These 10 things or maybe a couple you may not do add to what you already do could make the difference. 

    1.  Prayer & Gratitude Journaling
    2. Set smart goals 
    3. Morning exercise
    4. Unplug and meditate 
    5. Read Regularly
    6. Prioritize Nutrition 
    7. Connect with others
    8. Learn Something new
    9. De-Clutter your space
    10. Reflect and Plan
