More Than We See is a grounded, practical conversation about intuition as a human sense and capacity. Hosted by Natalie of Immersive Spirit, this podcast blends lived experience, nervous-system–informed insight, and real-world tools to help people better understand how perception, sensitivity, and intuition are experienced—and how to work with them in everyday life across kids, teens, families, and adults. Episodes explore the many ways intuitive awareness is felt and understood—from curiosity and excitement, to subtle noticing, to moments that challenge what we thought we knew. Along the way, conversations offer practical perspectives, simple tools, and steady ways of relating to intuition so it supports daily life rather than overwhelms it. This is a place to land for people who are curious, overwhelmed, skeptical, sensitive, living intuitively, or simply paying attention in a new way. No hype. No dramatizing. Just clear conversation, lived insight, and practical ways of working with what we sense—alongside the quiet truth that there is more than we see, and that understanding it can make life feel steadier, clearer, and more alive. • What Happens When Your Worldview Starts to Change
    2026/09/03

What happens when something you experience no longer fits neatly into the way you've always understood the world?

Maybe you knew something you shouldn't have known. Maybe a dream was a little too specific. Maybe you're remembering experiences you had as a kid that you haven't thought about in years. Or maybe enough small things have happened that you've simply started paying attention.

In this episode of More Than We See, Natalie talks about what happened when she began paying attention to her own intuitive experiences again, the years it took to learn the difference between receiving information and interpreting it, and why becoming more open to what we can't explain doesn't mean assigning spiritual meaning to everything.

You don't need to have the universe figured out. You can be curious, learn your own patterns, trust what you know - and still go pick up the groceries.

Have some tea and stay for a spell.

  • Can You Trust Yourself When You're Scared?
    2026/08/20

You're home alone. You hear a footstep. Your body reacts before you've had time to decide what you heard.

Now change one thing. There was no sound. You simply opened your eyes because something in you knew someone was in the room.

    Do you trust that too?

In this episode, Natalie explores what happens when fear, intuition, experience, and the body's survival instincts become difficult to separate. Through true stories from a paranormal investigation at a family's farmhouse in Wyoming and a night in Room 242 at Hotel Congress, she looks at what it means to trust an experience without automatically deciding what caused it — and why questioning what you perceive isn't the opposite of trusting yourself.

And sometimes you don't have to know exactly why something feels wrong before you're allowed to change course. Borrowing a lesson from aviation, Natalie looks at what happens when we stop letting the time, money, expectations, and plans we've already invested decide what we do next.

Sunk cost doesn't get a vote. And if something in you says get out, you can figure out why from somewhere safer.

  • What Are You Growing?
    2026/08/06

Every morning I walk through my garden before work.

One morning I looked up and realized the tomatoes were taller than I remembered. The flowers had filled in. Everything had been changing a little at a time, and I hadn't noticed until suddenly...I did.

    That moment stayed with me.

Just after Lammas - the first harvest on the Wheel of the Year, I found myself thinking about the quiet ways our lives grow. Not all at once, but through the ordinary choices we make every day. Where we place our attention. What we return to. What we keep nurturing without always realizing it.

In this episode, I reflect on gardening, spiritual practice, and why the first harvest might be less about gathering what's ripe and more about noticing what has already begun to grow.

Sometimes the most meaningful changes don't arrive with a dramatic moment.
Sometimes you simply look up one morning and realize something has been growing all along.
