In this episode, I share a channeled framework received during meditation that reframes manifestation as a process of incarnation. The same journey a soul takes to enter a physical body. I walk you through five stages that any creative vision, desire, or spirit baby moves through on its way from pure frequency into physical reality.

The conversation goes beyond traditional manifestation teaching, exploring how this same blueprint applies to reclaiming lost or suppressed parts of our own souls, pieces of ourselves that weren’t safe to fully express in the past. I connect this inner wholeness work directly to conscious motherhood, arguing that when we model soul retrieval and integration for ourselves, we give our children permission to arrive… and stay, whole.

In This Episode

Mainstream conscious conception work has given us a lot of good tools, My Love… cycle tracking, epigenetics, egg quality, nutrient timing, the full biological optimization toolkit. And if you’ve been doing this work, chances are you’ve done it. You’ve read the books, tracked the ovulation, worked with the practitioners, prepared your biology as fully as you know how.

But there’s a layer underneath all of that preparation that rarely gets named. This episode is about that layer.

I’m calling it the Consciousness of Conception… the recognition that conception isn’t a single biological event we’re optimizing for, but a multidimensional journey. A Soul is condensing its light into form, tethering itself through the conception portal to a biological blueprint capable of housing its experience here on Earth. And the question underneath every fertility protocol becomes: are we preparing our biology, or are we preparing ourselves to be that Soul’s incarnation field guide?
