How do you move forward when your past is marked by failure?

Continuing in Genesis 9, Pastor Matt Shackelford explores God's calling to exercise godly dominion, protect the sacred value of human life, and faithfully steward what He has entrusted to us. But the message ultimately points beyond what we can accomplish to what Christ has accomplished for us.

You'll discover:

• Why investing in the next generation is central to biblical multiplication
• What biblical dominion teaches us about discipline and responsibility
• Why leading others begins with learning to lead yourself
• How the image of God gives every human life dignity and value
• Why God's design includes justice and the restraint of evil
• How the gospel gives real hope to people whose lives have been marked by failure

Your greatest failures do not have to become the final chapter of your story. The question is: will you return to God's calling and place your hope in Christ?

What do you do when life does not go according to plan?

After the devastation of the flood, Noah stepped into a world that had been completely changed. Yet God's calling had not changed. In Genesis 9, Pastor Matt Shackelford shows us how to respond when life is marked by disappointment, failure, or disaster.

You'll discover:

• Why difficult circumstances can tempt us toward attitude instead of action
• How God's calling remains steady even when our circumstances change
• Why fruitfulness requires moving forward instead of remaining trapped by the past
• How investing in the next generation fulfills God's command to multiply
• Why parents and grandparents have an opportunity to build spiritual legacies
• How obedience gives us direction when life feels uncertain

Disaster may change your circumstances, but it does not cancel God's calling. The question is: what has God called you to get back to?

Where can you find security when everything around you seems unstable?

Continuing the story of Noah, Pastor Matt Shackelford shows how the ark points beyond the flood to the saving work of Jesus Christ. God's judgment against sin is real, but so is His grace. In Christ, sinners can find refuge, salvation, and a completely new beginning.

You'll discover:

• How Noah's ark pictures the salvation Jesus provides
• Why God's holiness requires sin to be judged
• What it means to get into the ark of salvation by grace through faith
• Why the church provides strength and encouragement in a hostile culture
• How Christians can become heralds of righteousness to those around them
• Why salvation gives us a fresh start marked by gratitude, worship, and hope

You are either facing judgment on your own or resting in the refuge God has provided. The question is: have you come to Jesus and trusted Him?
