If you’re looking for something a little unusual to see in the Ozarks, there’s a two-headed snake living at the Shepherd of the Hills Fish Hatchery near Branson. But that’s just one of the interesting things you’ll find at Missouri’s largest trout production facility. The hatchery has been raising trout since 1958 and produces more than a million catchable trout every year, many of which end up in Lake Taneycomo and other Missouri trout waters.
