כַּשֶּׁלֶג בַּקַּיִץ וְכַמָּטָר בַּקָּצִיר כֵּן לֹא נָאוֶה לִכְסִיל כָּבוֹד:

Synopsis: This morning (9/3/26), in our first Morning Mishlei shiur of the 2026-2027 season, we took up the first pasuk in Chapter 26, which continues the series of "straight-up mashal" pesukim that begin in Chapter 25. This one was relatively straightforward, but has wide-reaching applications and implications. We developed our own approaches today, and we'll see what the meforshim say tomorrow.
