  • PART 1: Designed to Be You - Meet Megan Soland
    2026/09/01

In this episode, we sit down with Megan Soland — therapist, Human Design reader, new mother, and founder of Soul Footing Guidance. Megan shares her journey of following the breadcrumbs from psychology and trauma work into spirituality and Human Design, and how learning to better understand herself has transformed the way she approaches healing, relationships, and motherhood. Through conversations about generational patterns, conscious parenting, and learning to honor who we naturally are, Megan reminds us that healing isn't about becoming a perfect version of ourselves — it's about developing the awareness and compassion to choose differently when old patterns come back around.

Stay tuned for Part 2 where she gives us individual readings and gives us guidance on how we can work together best based on our unique designs.

    We explore:

    - Megan's journey from gymnast to therapist and eventually Human Design reader

    - discovering Human Design during a difficult chapter of her life and using it as a tool for self-understanding

    - where therapy and Human Design can complement one another in the healing process

    - breaking generational cycles while also recognizing the gifts passed down through our families

    - conscious parenting and creating space for children to become who they already are

    - healing as an upward spiral and why revisiting old patterns doesn't mean you're moving backwards

    - learning to trust your body, intuition, and the way you're uniquely designed to make decisions

  • We're really doing it!
    2026/03/24

Our first episode was sort of an accident. We decided to hit record during one of our phone calls and this is what came out.

In this episode, we dive right in and discuss the mother-daughter bond, breaking generational cycles, the power of perception, being authentic, our connection to spirit, etc.

And we finish it off with a healthy bout of giggling :)
