"What are we really doing with the people God has committed into our hands?" In this message from our ministers' conference, the focus turns to the heart of Christian leadership and ministry.
Building an organization, establishing structures, drafting doctrines, or increasing attendance numbers can easily become hollow distractions if we lose sight of the people themselves.
