    This podcast includes an interview with Bhante Pannavamsa who is the abbot and chief mindfulness teacher of the Dhamma Center based in Colchester, Essex. Bhante spent 6 years Meditating in the jungles of Myanmar, Thailand, and Sri Lanka. under well-known and eminent Buddhist masters and Monasteries across Asia. He shares with us his mindfulness journey and day to day activities as a monk.

    While being educated in Ancient Buddhist texts and Meditation techniques Bhante also holds a Master's degree in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. He also gave an excellent insight on human nature and the reasons why mindfulness is important for your life.
