Sheboygan’s police department has officially ended its contract with Flock Safety after city council voted unanimously to shut down the controversial surveillance system — a move triggered by the department’s discovery that Flock violated their agreement and secretly covered up 15 cameras. The NFL’s opening night is a fireworks show of legends, records, and drama—think Peyton Manning’s 7-touchdown masterpiece in 2013, Marshawn Lynch’s 100-yard explosion in 2014, Julio Jones’ 169-yard blitz in 2018, and Kareem Hunt’s rookie rampage against the Patriots. It’s not just stars lighting up the scoreboard: epic QB duels like Brady vs. Prescott and Rodgers vs. Brees, plus defensive masterclasses like the Bills shutting down Stafford, make kickoff night unforgettable. From the league’s 100th season salute to Packers-Bears history, and quarterbacks like Kerry Collins who’ve started for three teams on opening night, these games set the tone with jaw-dropping highs and heart-stopping lows—always delivering the hype we crave for the season ahead.
