    Commitment is not an action. It’s a behavior. It’s a reflex. It’s a deep, primal, instantaneous decision that happens in the blink of an eye when you are staring into the face of a challenge. It is Commitment at the Moment.

    The commitment I’m talking about is different. It’s not about saying yes to everything that comes your way. It’s about saying YES to yourself when your back is against the wall. It’s a learned behavior that you forge in fire. It’s the immediate, gut-level decision to fight when you are attacked, to stand when you are shaken, to rise when you fall.

    Commitment is the second characteristic towards achieving a Mile-18 Mindset.
