Standard Communities drops over $8.5 million into Midway Manor upgrades — new roofs, solar panels, ADA-compliant fixes, and fresh amenities like a gym and gazebo. All 98 apartments got kitchen and bathroom overhauls, plus emergency system updates. Individual repair issues are nearing resolution, but elevator and HVAC assessments — plus new staff — will take longer. They’re clearly moving fast, but some fixes won’t be done overnight.
